The above comment, a reference to Jessie Jackson&#039;s well-earned controversy over using the slur, was almost deleted by the moderator. The reason is the context is not provided, and standing alone the word is offensive, to say the least. In this case I know, or I think I know, the identity of the commentor, and I believe a semi-relevant reference to Jackson was intended. But to pass muster, the context should have been provided. Even then, it&#039;s borderline. Also, it&#039;s a good example to use to remind the faithful that strict standards in the comments will be enforced here.
